Neumora Therapeutics Update

Neumora stock has dropped significantly, and is presently trading at cash level, which is calculated as (cash / shares outstanding).  Buying a stock at cash level could be a great entry point to buy, or could be a warning that the company is struggling one way, or another. In Neumora's case, I think it's a little of both, meaning, a good entry point and at the same time recognizing the challenges the company has moving forward. Some statistics below.

Cash per share: 86M in cash / 188M shares outstanding = .457 cents per share in cash.
I am calculating through 3rd quarter 9/30/26 with a burn rate estimated at 30 million for the quarter, down from 43 million in the second quarter leaving the company with 86M cash. The company announced reducing head count and spending in June, since the failure of phase 3 clinical development of Navacaprant for depression. The 30 million burn for the 3rd quarter is a rough estimate as the company has not released third quarter financials' yet.

The company will need to raise cash at some point, and clear up any Litigation that may have been weighing on the share price. Potential positives include, the release of three updates to their clinical pipeline, by end of 2026.
